At Brauer Roofing Inc, we have found that clean-up and courtesy of our employees is very important to our customers. Almost every letter of recommendation we have received has specifically commented on one, if not both if these criteria. For this reason we have fine-tuned these two areas to almost perfection.

One of the ways we assure quality work is by making sure our employees are happy. We take seriously the safety and work environment of our team. We attract and retain the best workers. Many of our employees have been with us for many years. They stay because we offer the best roofing job around. It takes employee stability, not just summer help, to produce a top quality roofing job.

Our employees go through multiple training sessions per year of which half the time is spent on courtesy and clean-up. There is no loud music, foul language, or smoking allowed on any of our jobsites. We hire only those individuals that can adhere to this standard. Our clean-up consists of sweeping all walkways, patios and decks. We very thoroughly run a sweep magnet on the entire area affected by the roofing project. We clean out all rain gutters when the project is done. This may sound very elementary to a homeowner, but nails and little pieces of shingle have their favorite hiding places and we know all of them.

We vigorously drug test all of our employees throughout the year to ensure we have the best crew working on your roof. We at Brauer Roofing Inc. are very confident you will be satisfied with the courtesy and clean-up efforts of our crews. This is a promise we work very hard to keep.
